Learn the DELPHI TECHNIQUE these so-called experts are using to form a 'consensus' among you participates therefore giving you the illusion you helped craft their predetermined plans. These outside "experts" usually are associated with groups like The Sierra Club, Audubon Society, or similar "environmental" NGO's. Property Rights go MUCH deeper than land use.
